BLOOD SOAKED CINEMA Sets???

I saw there are a lot of these sets being released on this Tuesday. They have 6 discs per boxed set and have 12 movies each. What is the quality of the transfers of the films in these releases? Is it safe to assume that most of the material is Public Domain, and would it be better to hunt down individual versions of these many films if one wanted the best versions?

Well, these are Brentwood releases (the folks who come out with those 10 movies on 5 discs sets). The quality on those are pretty poor overall, so I wouldn't expect much from these 12 movie sets. Brentwood also got in the habit of putting their "information" at the ends of movies - a practice I find about as annoying as the occassional video company logo in the lower corner of the image.

lol, I see that "Collinsville" is in one of the sets. I actually live there but haven't seen the movie yet. Shot in HD with a Sony. I saw the filmmakers once while they were shooting a music video for a local jazz band. Even pushed a dolly for them.
