Really? I saw the standard release in the Wal-Mart bin but I have been searching for the out of print special edition and I don't see it in the Wal-Mart bin....

I walked into a pawn shop one day and they where unloading a bunch of DVDs for $1.99-
Usual Suspects Special Edition- Missing the slipcover (Grrrrr)
Memento-Single disc edition
Monsters Inc.
Tombstone
Fargo Special Edition- also missing slipcover

I would have rather had the slipcovers and the special edition of memento but they where so cheap I couldn't pass 'em up (and also can't justify the purchase for the slipcovers alone)

To numerous to say, actually...I've been buying DVDs at pawn shops virtually since pawn shops started selling them. I bought the Indiana Jones Box Set for a whopping $20 a few months ago. My last trip garnered a pretty good take, all in widescreen of course:

Jeepers Creepers
Jeepers Creepers 2
Charlie's Angels Superbit
Hidalgo
Constantine
Blade: Trinity

For $24 plus tax.

Oh yeah, towards the end of last months B2G1F at EB, I stopped in and asked if there was anything new. The guy on duty opened up this small cabinet behind the counter and started bringing out factory sealed new releases. It had to be crackheads stealing from the local stores, but I can't figure out how they get the items past the electronic sensors... but how else can you explain a bum selling 4 sealed copies of Man of the House the week it came out?

Well these hadn't been opened up yet, so I left with factory sealed copies of Million Dollar Baby (3-disc version), Constantine, Man of the House, Grudge (unrated), Hide & Seek and one other title that I can't remember at the moment. $14.99 each, B2G1F, 10% membership discount. Total price - $57.20 for 6 sealed new releases.

They specializes in selling, and buying used, new DVDs, Records Albums, CDs, VHS and other audio, video accessories.

I'd have to say that my best used deals have been:
TWIN PEAKS: SEASON 1 BOXSET $18 @ FYE
and, just last week:
FOX's FISTS OF FURY, CHINESE CONNECTION, and RETURN OF THE DRAGON: $10 total.

I dunno if yall would consider these deals but I do. Most recently I got Men In Black and Gattaca Superbit for 9.99 from Best Buy. They rang up 25$ each but the sticker on the case said 9.99 so they did an adjustment. I bought Married with Children Season 1 New for 12.50 at Moviestop with a 50% of deal they were doing. I also bought Season 1 of Startrek TOS for $50 and Star Trek Voyager Season 1 for $50. Both were new. A few weeks before that I went in EB Games and they had Seasons 1-5 of The Next Generation for $50 each used, but they looked brand new. I bought the first season for 35.99 and came back and got season 2,4,5 with the B2G1F deal(I already had season 3) for 140 bux for 4 seasons. I then proceeded over to Moviestop's B2G1F and bought Season 6 and 7 of Star Trek Voyager for $50 each (used) and got Season 3 of The Original Series for free. *whew*

My best used/2nd hand dvd deals have been from Ebay and from people I know that don't want their dvd's anymore.

I would name them, but I have had so many that my list is rather long.
