But that match was dull. Their BR match was their first great one.

I didn't see a release date anywhere in this thread.

I got the Undertaker DVD from Amazon.com and felt like one of the discs are loose and when I opened it, to my horror, there is only 1 case that you put 3 discs in the middle stacked up, that is just horrible!

Yeah I was afraid of that stacking case thing...the commercial shows them all flying off the hub on top of each other like that. BLEH.

The disc that was loose, I noticed has some scratches Right now I am at the main menu and am going to check if the disc is defective which I hope it's not

I haven't slept much/at all this week, so I was really, really tired when I picked up my copy today. I picked up the first one, shook it, thought a disc might be loose, and put it back. I then did the same with the second, third, fourth, all the way through like 8 discs. I couldn't determine whether it was just inserts making all that noise, or if it was a loose disc. I took the one copy I hadn't shaken, and carefully carried it up and paid. I opened it when I got to the car and found that it was, indeed, a loose disc. Mine wasn't scratched, but then again, mine was the only one I hadn't shaken vigorously.

That case has to be the absolute worst case for a release I own. I really can't believe the WWE screwed up on this. For a 3 disc release, it does look rather cheap.

I got this today and did the same thing at the store as SLeopold. Everone is complaining about the Simpsons packaging when this is just as horrible. Anyway's there are a lot of matches on here that are on either the Undertaker "This is my Yard" and other PPVs that I own. But I really like the matches on here with Bret Hart, Diesel, Yokozuna and Steve Austin. For $16.99 this is surely not a release that you want to pass up.

[QUOTE=wewantflair]This collection is the shits. The only matches that even worthwhile are the HITC match with Shawn, which has aged really poorly.QUOTE]

Having rewatched this yesterday, what match are you talking about.
This is far and away the best HiaC match. it's an *awesome* big man/little man cat and mouse match and was revolutionary at the time.

So, according to this... Undertaker just phones in his matches on free TV? Not one Raw or Smackdown match?

I rarely, if ever, complain about DVD packaging but this one really is bad. 3 discs stacked on top of each other on one spool is just flat out dumb.

Speaking of dumb, I'd forgotten about how completely lame that Yokozuna v. Undertaker match was. Wow, just so bad.

The Hulk v.s. Undertaker was worse, I love them both but that was one crap match and did I mention I hate Ric Flair?

Yeah, to quote a certain puffy haired individual, "THATS NOT COOL".

I think I'm going to have to pass on this undertaker set. I would like to have the Taker/Mankind HIAC match on dvd, but I guess i could just get one of the Foley discs.

Hopefully the WWE don't use this type of packaging for the Bret Hart release.

Worst packaging ever. Bar none. Does anyone know the contact # for WWE so I can call and complain? I remember a while ago they gave away free replacement cases for the Ric Flair collection set because people complained that the tape peeled off the upper part of the case. If enough people complain about this, maybe they will do something.

I sent the WWE a email, telling them how unhappy I was. Here is what I sent them

Hi

I have been a long time fan of the WWE but this is my first time contacting you.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction for the lousy packaging job that was done for the Undertakers new 3 dvd set. With the wonderful packaging jobs the WWE has done in the past, this is inexcusable. To put 3 discs on a single hub is not good for the discs. I searched through 8 different sets in the store before I finally found one that did not rattle excessively from loose discs. One can only imagine the scratches on those discs.

Normally, I am always willing to purchase any dvd the WWE puts out. I have loved every single documentary disc made by you. However, this has been a giant step backward in my opinion.

I will NOT purchase any other dvd's packaged like this.

Thank you for your time
