Is DVD Profiler DVD Online Organizer Free?

I signed up, and could not find where to make my list... So I am assuming it costs money to have?

You have to download the program and run it on your PC. And you can then upload the collection online. And yes it can be used for free.

After you download the software, you can enter as many as you want for free. The only thing you get for paying is a couple of extra features, no advertisements, and unlimited space when you upload your collection.

Should I sign up with them first?
Or do I even need to?

you need to signup if you want to upload your collection to their website. It's free it's so why not?

Right. There is a limit on how much data you can upload as a non-premium account. It depends on a lot of things, including how much info you have changed and locked, so it's hard to say exactly how many titles you will be able to upload, but the limit is there. As a premium member, there is no limit. Before I upgraded, I ran out of space at around 1100 DVDs, but after I upgraded, my full collection was able to be uploaded.

Yes you have to sign up on their website ( http://www.intervocative.com/ )

Then log in, go to "My Profiler" -> "online collection"
Here you can change your online collection option.

Finaly in dvd profiler, menu "online" -> "my profiler"

Ok, I am registered, and have the software open. I put one in. How do I publish it to the web? and how can I find the link to that?

I just want to show a list of my DVD collection on a website (Link will go in my sig). I don't need to write anything in each one, or anything like that.

How do you upload your dvd profiler collection to the net, and get a link for it?

This is the link for my collection:

w w w.intervocative.com/dvdcollection.aspx/TomOpus

Take out the spaces around www and replace my user name with your user name. This link will let others see your collection. Is this what you were asking?

After you entered your collection in the DVD Profiler program, you upload it to the web site by selecting from the program menu 'Online->My Profiler...'. Then enter your profiler login name and password, and click 'next' button. Now select 'Upload to My Profiler' and then click 'next' button. Click 'next' button again. And now it should upload to the web site.
