Land of the Dead causes "Zombie Outbreak Survival Kit" from Fangoria?
Hey all,
(not sure if this is more appropriate in the store forum). Have you seen the new "Zombie Outbreak Survival Kit" for sale from Fangoria? I think it may be in response to recent zombie movie success -- and the release of LOTD
Here's the link:

Kinda interesting -- and pretty cheap. The only thing that really interests me is the 1 "IN CASE OF ZOMBIE ATTACK" information poster (11" x 17"). Has anyone ever seen a poster like this? Anyone have this? Ordered it?
Later,
Matt

Saw Land of the Dead at a screening last night. I have to say it was everything I wanted it to be. Everything the Dawn remake was not. There was an actual plot, and characters.
This is pure Romero, no nu metal soundtrack, the soundtrack echoed both Dawn and Day. No quick MTV cuts, Romero dialog, Romero scenarios etc. This really followed up on things that had been layed down in the other three films.
I may go see it again on Friday.

Did you see that Shaun of the Dead movie? I heard it was from England, so it must suck.

I thought it was neat that Ken Foree also starred in KNIGHTRIDERS.

I read the thread, I just felt the need to mention something tangentially related. I was over excited from seeing the movie. I mean hell, "Land of the Dead" is in the title of the thread.

They would be awesome to have in October. We've thought about putting together a haunted house for Halloween for the neighborhood. A zombie theme would be really cool, we could put that poster in the foyer and have the zombie tape around the front door. Heh, this could be nifty....

That kit looks kind of lame. Not to mention all of the legal trouble they're going to get into when a zombie outbreak does happen and their disinfectant "Bite Kit" proves to be entirely worthless.
