Maybe I wasn't paying much attention, but I did not notice anything significant in the Underworld - Extended cut.

Bad Santa. I saw it in the theater and when I watched it on DVD, I had no idea what was different about it.

American Pie is the only movie where I noticed an obvious difference. Pitch Black had an extra scene of dialogue and that's about all I can think of.

I think most are minimal....just a way to sell more DVD's. What's he difference in Seed of Chucky? (blockbuster shipped me the rated version when it said UNRATED on the envelope...wonder if I'm missing anything)

Yes, most are just minimal stuff nobody is going to notice, just to sell more dvd's. Too bad we can't have more extended cuts like we have seen with King Arthur or Terminator 2 and of course the LOTR trilogy.

Hellboy for me.

Of course, the irony is with Team America, with its whopping 1 minute of extra footage, you can definitely tell what was put back in!

if you want to fully tell the difference, watch the featurette about set dressing on the dvd, to see the R rated cut of the sex scene, and then go back and watch it on the unrated version.
