I called the number as well. After being on hold for about 20 minutes, they took my name, address, etc. as well. BUT, the guy I spoke to said the replacement discs still had to be manufactured, and that it wouldn't be until mid-July that they'd be sent.

Guys, this is the same company that was assigned to handle the replacement of the defective disc 3 in Dead Zone season 2, and I've been fighting with them for MONTHS now to get my replacement. Every couple of weeks I'll call and ask where my replacement disc is. They'll tell me that somehow my order wasn't logged, but they swear it's getting logged this time, no need to speak to someone higher up. I'm trying one more time today (and I'm going to try to get higher up than the drone that answers), and if I don't get my replacement disc I'm calling Lion's Gate and demanding a replacement from them.

I just got around to checking mine that I got during the DDD sale, and I've got the white lines at the top of the image on my Philips 642, but not my PS2. I'm gonna go ahead and give that # a call in the morning.

Anyone received anything or heard anything yet? I've put off watching it for several months now...I guess I have to put black electrical tape on the top of the picture to watch it...

No replacement discs one month after Lions Gate's customer service rep said I'd receive them.
I've made the decision never to preorder a Lions Gate DVD again. They've had too many releases with too many problems for me to risk buying their products in the future until I've seen some reviews.
Anchor Bay certainly treats their customers 10,000 times better when there's a problem with discs.

I can't believe it is taking this long for them to properly respond to this error. As I stated before in this thread they simply can't keep from screwing up DVD releases of this show. I'm certainly wondering what the problem will be when season 4 rolls out on DVD. Then again this 4th season has been so weak I'll probably hold off on buying it right away too just to see what happens with it.

Guys, you aren't going to get anything by waiting or by calling the company that's handling the replacement discs. As I said earlier in this thread if it's the same company that Lion's Gate hired to replace the defective disc in Dead Zone season 2, you will never hear anything back from them.
I finally called Lion's Gate directly in regards to my season 2 problem, and told them that the company they hired was completely incompetent, and I was demanding a replacement. The woman I talked to was very helpful, and she tried calling the company to see if she could find out what was going wrong. She was amazed when she got the same automated runaround that I did, and passed my number on to her supervisor, who contacted me the next day, and had a replacement disc in my hands about 10 days later.

I have not watched my Season 2 set yet - which disc has the problem?

I don't believe it - but the replacement discs arrived in the mail today! I had all but given up on Lions Gate, but the 3 DVDs were sent in a padded envelope. Each DVD was in a paper sleeve. I still think their customer service was kind of crappy, but several months later, I must admit that they did send the replacements free of charge. I checked the discs - no white line. I can finally watch season 3 of this show.
