Firefly
MASH (gotta catch up, though, I'm 2 behind including season 8)
Buffy/Angel

I'd love to get the X-Files but I was just so disappointed with the way it wrapped up that it tarnished the series as a whole for me.

Mostly Sci-Fi for me (I have no patience for sitcoms and the like):

Firefly would be my favorite by a wide margin.

Babylon 5
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
Dark Angel: Season 1
Stargate SG-1
Smallville
Buffy
Sherlock Holmes
(the Jeremy Brett series)
The Sharpe's Rifles series (but they have very poor video quality on the BFS DVD release and were sold as individual DVDs, not a set)

I enjoy Seinfeld, I really do. But I can watch it two or three times every weekday on TV. With that kind of exposure, I just can't see spending money for the DVDs.

I still think Artisan's "Twin Peaks" Season One is best, both for quality of the show and the DVD release.

Out of the dozens of shows I collect and watch, The X-Files are the only sets I give special treatment to. All of my DVDs are shelved except for my complete X-Files collection which is stored behind glass in my audio cabinet for added protection.

There are certainly many other great sets in my collection like Seinfeld, Futurama, The Simpsons, Buffy, and Angel but they aren't treated the same as my personal favorite.
