Why isn't this on DVD yet?

Will it ever be on DVD?

That's a question i've been asking for awhile it was supposed to come out last year but they need to do some remastering I think. It's the same thing with the DuckTales movie it was supposed to come and there still hasn't been a word when.

I loved this movie as a kid. I remember when it made it's debut on the Disney channel for the first time (when I saw it for the first time). Around 1988 I believe.
