Superman and Batman Animated Series Rebate Offer
Did anyone see these? I just bought the superman dvd and on the cover it has a sticker that says save ten dollars of purchase of two and 15 off three. Then says "see details inside" but there is nothing inside. No slips or anything. They're on the batman dvd's too. Does anyone get theses or know where I can find a rebate form?
And they made the 1st disc one sided and the second disc a two sided so they don't match which also is stupid.
this is the only info I could find:

Has anyone who has sent in their form(near the deadline of February 7th) received their rebate check yet? I sent out my form(print-out from Amazon) a few days before the deadline, but I have yet to receive my rebate.

Sent mine way back in Feb (right after Superman Vol 1 was released) and I'm still waiting for my rebate, too. I called the rebate customer service number and inquired last week, and the CSR told me that they had received a lot of responses and were backlogged. She checked my status and said it was "approved" but hadn't been mailed yet. She suggested I wait another 2-3 weeks and then call back again to check on the mailing status if I still haven't received it.

Sent for Warner animation rebate on 02/08/05. A week later I sent a rebate for a Nikon camera and a Kingston SD memory card. Only the Kingston rebate has come. I have had excellent luck with rebates until this year.

Got mine. But they were both $10 when one was $10, the other $15.
Does anyone still have the number on the rebate form? I can't find the scan..

Most of these have a web site/phone number you can call for an update. Does anyone still have the original rebate form to check what the contact info is? I haven't gotten mine yet either...
