Question about Royal Tenenbaums CC case

Does anyone know if TRT was released in a single width case? Because I bought a used copy a few months back and I just cant figure out why it came in a single case. The artwork fits into the case perfectly so theres no way the cases could have been swapped. I figured you guys might know something.

Is it still two discs? I know that at Hollywood Video, we would sometimes recut the cover art to ft single-width cases.

Where did you buy it?

might be a rental copy. Sometimes rental stores will get keepcases instead of digi's....Like the second harry potter movie. did you buy it previously viewed?

Which artwork is on the case? The slipcover (group shot) photo or the case artwork("Go, Mordecai!" drawing)?

It's a rental cover, in regular stores like (Best Buy etc) it's still printed the same, with the slip cover and the two discs. Nothing else is available. Just the one that was originally released. However, the rental covers are manufactured by the studios themselves and mailed out to some most major rental chains. Others get the original version and cut it so it fits a single dvd case.
