Anyone having problems with the Get Shorty DVD?

I have gotten two of them from Best Buy and am experiencing skipping and jumping problems when it gets to the chapter of "The Investors". Any one else having a similar problem?

I'm having the same problem....in the same spot....my counter reads 30.00 into the film during the "investors" chapter. I also bought my DVD at Best Buy. I tried both DD5.1 and DTS tracks and had the same result.

Got a Sony DVP-NS575P and I've had no problems. Watched it once with the commentary.

Yeah, because it could never be a problem with your player.

Aye, I'm having problems as well in the exact same spot. Tried it in my Cyberhome CH-500, Lite-On DVD Writer, Lite-On DVD-ROM drive, Xbox, PS2, Toshiba SD-3900 (I believe this is the model number of my little brothers), and they 5 disc DVD changer in the living room by Sony and all of them could not read this particular section correctly. I could skip the chapter and rewind back to about 30 seconds after the hiccup, but no further, otherwise it would lock up the player. Me thinks we have a bad layer change.

I returned my copy from Best Buy and purchased a new one from COSTCO... the new "COSTCO" copy plays perfect. So it's NOT the player like someone said before....it IS the disk.

FYI - I tried the "Best Buy" copy in my X-Box, Sony DVD player, Toshiba DVD player and on my laptop...it froze every time.
