I dunno if it's mentioned but I have to give a vote for Sonata Arctica's For The Sake of Revenge. It's a 90+ minute video of their concert in Japan and it includes a 70 minute CD of the same concert (for around $15.99).

Elvis: The 1968 Comeback Special (Three-DVD Deluxe Set). Not "technically" a concert, but the best in my collection, has TONS of outtakes on it!

Can't be too good if it's not an entire concert.

And the HiDef version that is floating about blows the dvd away. Too bad it's only 85 minutes of the concert...
