Fudge. That's a cool looking cover, love the artwork. But I already own the first 2 so I guess I'll just grab the third one by itself when it comes out. If they had added anything, it would be a different story.
|
this is expensive! for a movie that was a flop & 2 other movies were released ages ago i think it's pricey...plus they should sell the slip cover like the LOTR!...

I am not a fan of these films but...You can use Paul's metal set... http://www.designpaulchampagne.com/sequels.html http://www.designpaulchampagne.com/i...ases/blade.jpg Pro-B |
Sawing-eet.
|
I'll probably just get the first and the third, in single releases. I already own part 2 (2 disc) and $71.98 AMERICAN is a little expensive. Especially, since it'll be about $85 Cdn. or so (I'm sure my math is off..).
|
I wonder if New Line will do what they did with the LOTR EEs and offer a box by itself for a small fee?
FWIW, I don't think part III was a total flop, but agree that it must have disappointed. IMO, they should have either released it at Halloween or in the months of March and April, but not Christmastime. That was just stupid. |

The Blade series just isn't something that would strike me as a series of films that New Line would do something like that for. |
i highly doubt that this is the price of the set...i mean it's even more expensive than the star wars & the Harry Potter sets!!!!
|
and the reason you couldn't post this here is??
yet again? |

MSRP people. Say it with me. M-S-R-P. |
I'll wait for the big super-duper directors amalgamated edition in a couple more years.
|
any ideas what the actual price will be for it?

Blade Giftset (3-Pack) Street Date: 4/26/05 MSRP: $71.98 Let's say an average of 30% off retail, we are looking at around $50. Btw, is the 2-disc Blade 2 OOP? |

I may have to pick this up since I've never bought either of the first two.
|
I know I will end up getting it. The price is just MSRP, so it will be cheaper.

Animatedude, MRSP is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, it's basically the highest price that a store can sell it at. |

Love the films, but since I have the first two discs already, I just can't justify the price for the set (even for the keepcase of Blade).

I already have the first two and Blade is already in a keepcase (Canadian R1) so I'll just be picking up Blade Trinity on its own. Already pre-ordered it for $17 :)
|
I wouldn't mind this but even at fifty bucks it's still too high, IMO.
I do have the first two already but I hate the godawful cardboard case for the first one. |
Are these up for pre-order anywhere yet? Neither Amazon nor DeepDiscount has either the single Blade Trinity or the box sets up yet.

That is pricey for this kind of set (even after the discount). I'll still pick it up eventually because I don't have any of them. I will just hope for a huge discount :)
|
Does this hit shelves on 4/26 or 5/3? The release list here says 5/3.
|
This is the ONLY one of Paul's boxes that looks dorky.

www.outpost.com has the box set for $40 I believe
|
This will be at Best Buy right? I was told by my local one they would have it for around $50, but they are not that reliable.

I wouldnt bother picking up this set AT ALL. seeing as you have one of the most terrible actors in the biz and the 3 most horrific movies ever made...this is a total waste of money
