Greetings from a long-time lurker, first-time poster!

Hi all, my name is Tom Hansen. I live in Chandler, AZ. I've been a long-time DVD collector and reader of various DVD forums (including this one). After a recent (long) discussion with my wife about my (ahem) addiction...I've decided to become more public about my DVD fetishes. So, I finally registered on this forum and hope to become a contributer and more of an avid reader.

You can view my (slightly outdated) collection through my signature. Also, I'm starting to type up and post reviews (be forgiving, I'm new at this) of the DVD's I buy each week. I started with Sky Captain last week and I'll be getting my review of AvP up on my website soon. The website is still a very work in progress, and I don't have anything else up other than the one review, but I'll be working on it soon enough.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself to everyone, and hope that my future reviews may be helpful to others ;-)

Thanks,

Yikes! Just noticed that. My database doesn't list them in there, maybe the website software isn't listing things corrected. I'll have to figure that one out.

As for the knife istructional skills video, my wife is going to school to become a Chef...yes...you should be afraid...very afraid :O

wow! what a response ;-)

I didn't realize that coming out of the closet about my DVD *ahem* habits would be so encouraging! Maybe I don't feel so bad about my 3-pack a week habit anymore :P

After 9 years....I quit smoking 3 days ago and feel great! I'm not thinking too clearly....but it's nice to breathe again and not stink.

so go ahead and feel bad. Your body hates it and you could be buying a dvd instead.

That's awesome, gut!

And just think . . . with all of the money that you save on the cig's, you'll be able to pick up all of those DVD's that you've been putting off buying.

Wait a second . . . is there such a thing as a DVD that you've put off buying?
