has it ever been released on dvd or vhs? I saw a documentary the other day on IFC about Frank Frazetta and "fire and ice" was mentioned w/ some video clips of it--I would love to watch it---is it dvd or vhs or has never been released?

It's on Blue Underground's release schedule but no date as of yet.... hopefully soon because I'm looking forward to it.
