just FYI, according to the bits, there are three more duke movies scheduled for release on may 3. the sea chase, the train robbers, and one of my favorite movies EVER, tall in the saddle!!!

Why is the no (crappy) widescreen version of McClintock on DVD???

Some good info in the threads above that talk about who own the movie...diffrent comanies own the WS transfer than the FS transfer....the FS is in the public doman....read the above for more info.

also, i would buy this if it got a good release

no John Wayne commentary= no sale!!!!!!



I've never seen any of these but I might give them a rental, I need to see some more films staring The Duke.

edit: wow under 50 bucks retail for 5 DVDs? if I liek any of them I rent, I may ahve to spring for the whole box

while i am glad to see the high and the mighty coming, what piques my interest is at the top , "the john wayne collection". it makes me wonder if we will see even more of the duke.
