I had something similar happen when I first ordered in December. I finally got email back from Newlineshop today. I had no order. So I had to reorder with a different email address and that worked today. Now I have a confirm number and everything. So try again!

It took about 10 days to get here after I got my email confirmation about the shipment. Its in perfect condition.

I'm very happy NewLine made this available for fans.

I've not received mine, but I didn't place an order until Jan 21. So I'm not sure if I'll get one or not.

Well, I finally decided to email their customer service -- something I should've done a long time ago.

I explained to them my situation and told them that I placed the order on the 14th and it was confirmed on the 25th (not shipping, but card payment).

Let's see what happens.

Wow, got a timely response. This is what the return email read:

Which sucks because it shows up on my Paypal Debit/Credit card online statement. I used Paypal credit (and got the cash back... .5 cents), so I know it was used as credit. (I think I remembered reading that they don't accept debit cards.)

So, I wrote them back saying that I would gladly pay another $3 if it meant getting a box for it. $6 is still a good deal. But, in the meantime, if there was any kind of proof I can furnish (a printout of my online statement, etc...) to let me know.

I ordered mine in early January...they cashed my cheque on Jan 19th and i haven't seen anything yet....

Seems like you could get a transaction date/# from paypal and provide it to them. They clearly charged you, so you shouldn't have to pay twice.

sorry to hear you guys are having trouble...mine arrived back in post 23 of this thread...ordered it same day the site opened, before the dvd was even released

Mar 31 is the last day to order a box.

I ordered mine on Jan 14 and have received no shipping confirmation. It's only been 7 weeks, though. Site says 8-10 weeks.

I emailed them about my crushed box, and they sent me a number to call. Called them, and they sent out a replacement box at no charge. Kudos to New Line!

I ordered mine the wk it became available - still nothing. I emailed them several wks ago and was told they have an order showing for me, but not all have shipped yet...

Same thing here! I really don't need a second box, so I hope this is just a computer glitch. Then again, with all the credit card fraud alerts going on lately, maybe this is a sign of something really, really bad ...!

I also just received a notification of the box being ready to ship soon, and I got my box probably a month ago...
