Is there any reason you can't get Eraserhead and if so How do I? I thought there was a DVD release.

it's not readily available at mass-market B&Ms. specialty shops like Kim's NYC will carry this, or you can simply order it online at davidlynch.com. it's pricey, though, but a must if you're a fan!

Kim's jacks the price up a lot, it's way more worth it to just buy it direct from Lynch.com ... I can't speak for the other stores, but I'd imagine any store that has it is going to mark it up from the Lynch.com price, just to make a profit on it (and because it's rare).

$39.94 plus shipping at lynch's website. there is also a signed version available for $88.09. gotta love that oddball pricing, he had to have that extra 9 cents i guess.

If you have a player that can accomodate R2/PAL, it can be had for about $15 shipped from Amazon.co.uk

I remember almost ordering this on davidlynch.com and there is a warning that they aren't responsible if your order is lost by ups or damaged. Yet ups insures everything for 100$ . so why the hard line?

I've actually thought about getting the autographed one. Anyone get that one? Does it look similar to the one pictured on the site?

This has been on my short list for awhile. Might actually take the plunge this year. Is this a numbered LE?

The picture quality isn't nearly as good as the DL.com official version tho...and you don't get the special book.

Lynch has a thing about pricing and numbers. They are that way for a reason. Break the code, solve the crime.

3+9=12, 1+2=3, 3+9=12, 1+2=3, 3+4 = 7
8+8=16, 1+6=7, 7+0=7, 7+9=16, 1+6=7

They're always supposed to add up to 7 (if you can follow how I added stuff above).

The foreign editions are mastered from lousy-quality pan&scan source material. The official disc from davidlynch.com was painstakingly remastered frame by frame over the course of a couple years for optimal picture quality.
