With the first three seasons of "Seinfeld" becoming the top-selling TV series on DVD since their release last November, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is prepping a May 17 release of the fourth season.
A whopping 13 additional hours of bonus features will be included in the four-volume set, featuring all the season's 24 programs, including popular episodes "The Contest," "The Outing," "The Bubble Boy""The Bubble Boy" and "The Junior Mint."

Extras include new interviews and commentaries with cast and creators, previously unseen footage from Jerry Seinfeld's standup footage shot for the show and episode-specific bloopers and deleted scenes.

Consumers have already spent more than $170 million on the purchase of the first two DVD sets of "Seinfeld." which featur the first three seasons of the show, including a partial first season, according to Variety sister publication DVD Exclusive."

WHY IS THIS SEASON SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE LAST, EVEN WITH THE SAME mrsp, is it because this is when the show became extremely popular.
