Aladdin King Of Thieves DVD in Widescreen?

I just read an unconfirmed report on another site that the DVD will be in 1.85.1 Widescreen.

Has anybody else seen this?

Is this what happens when you scream for Disney to always do widescreen... they do it for titles that shouldn't be in widescreen?

For what it is worth, dvdempire.com has this set listed as fullscreen.

Seems to be confirmed (and the new framing looks pretty bad) according to Ultimate Disney's review of the Aladdin sequels

Thanks for the link flixtime. That screen grab of the Brady Bunch gag really demonstrates the bad framing. I'm going to have think twice about getting this now.
