Singing Detective may have merely run OOP temporarily. Universal at least a few years back had tons of films listed as OOP, but within six months, they were readily avaliable again.

Some studios are playing the old game from the VHS days, discontinue titles for a brief period of time and then re-release them (sometimes with new covers -- sometimes not).

Singing Detective may have merely run OOP temporarily. Universal at least a few years back had tons of films listed as OOP, but within six months, they were readily avaliable again.
