Yeah the region 3 disc is actually the first import i bought after the nice people at dvdtalk told me that my philips player could play other regions. And i agree with the others forget ebay, i got it cheap at an online retailer.

I just bought the R3, which is also R4, from http://www5.cd-wow.us/ last week. I used one of the $2 off vouchers from this side: http://www.dvdbargain.net/ShowDisc.asp. It came to $14.95 shipped and took about one week to get here (Upstate NY).
