You can remove Meetings With Remarkable Men (1979) from the list. It was released on DVD in June by Morning Light Press; it's available from them here:

Just wondering.Do any of you do anything about this issue? Do you just hope and wait? Send emails to whoever has the ability to release them to DVD? Sign petitions?
I only ask because it would seem that if they ( producers, directors, distributors, movie execs, ect.. ) saw that there is a real want for a title, they may think twice and get it out to DVD sooner than later or at all.
Perhaps a list sent to movie companies with the titles they own could be emailed to them asking they be put to DVD.Imagin them getting mass emails of the same lists.Seriously.Take the massive list here.Divide it up according to movie stuido, distributor or whoever it need be, and have us all send them out.
Maybe they dont see the need even though it is there.
I know some will say it is a waste of time, but how much of a waste is 1-2min of your time and an email. There is nothing to lose doing it.
I have done it a few times, but Im just one person. The DVD release may or may not have had anything to do with my email, but at least it was released.

Ducktales: The Movie and Rocketman are both available on R1 dvd's. They are readily available directly through Disney. Thought you might want to update that on the list.

These great classics ....
The Great Gildersleeve (1942)
Gildersleeve's Bad Day (1943)
Gildersleeve on Broadway (1943)
Gildersleeve's Ghost (1944)
With all the trash they release on DVD ... why can't they release these classics, I wrote RKO that is still around and asked and never got a reply.
This would make a great box set.
