Is Casino out of print?
I cannot seem to find it anywhere and Amazon and Half.com are selling it used for as much as $30. How come? Is there a SE in the works?

Yes, a SE is in the works. Coming in 2005.

easily found at most used shops as well for 10-20 bucks
