Just because it's not your mighty list, doesn't mean it's not true.

I liked this show, but I will probably refrain from purchasing. Too much TV on DVD, and I can't keep up anymore. I'll continue to buy the series I'm collecting right now as they come out. As far as new series, I'm really trying not to get involved.

I understand how you feel man, I don't even have a job and I'm behind collecting TV shows but whenever I have $$$, I just buy TV shows to catch up, lately, I have been buying TV shows more than movies because it's more expensive.

Yeah, it's silly. I mean, just within the last couple of weeks TV on DVD for me has been: (some I'm obviously buying tomorrow)

-Flintstones Season 2
-Simpsons Season 5
-Sex And The City Season 6 Part 2
-GI Joe Season 2 Part 1 (finally had the cash for it)
-King Of The Hill Season 3

And hell, I still have in my home collection to watch that I haven't been able to get to:

NYPD Blue Season 1
I Love Lucy Season 2
most of Buffy Season 7
Dick Van Dyke Seasons 3-5

And of course there's movies on top of that I haven't had time to watch, and, the ones I just mentioned up above I of course haven't had time to watch yet. I still want to get some CSI and Oz and Ren And Stimpy and many others, but you're not just buying a season set when you buy it... you're pretty much making an obligation to continue to buy the rest of the series when they get released. And I have my hands full with all that I'm collecting now.

Yeah..

I brought some TV shows yesterday like:

Golden Girls Season 1
Garfield and Friends Volume 2
Magnum P.I. Season 1
Saved By The Bell Seasons 3 and 4
Taxi Season 1

but the problem is that right now I have 30 TV shows on DVD and have watched like 3 of them, I know, sad even if I have plenty of time all day, I still don't watch them, I think for some reason, I love to collect more than watch them for some reason.

Might have to get this one, just because i have not seen it on tv anywhere at least, so i might need to get it. I dont get too many TV boxsets, just because i can always catch a lot of them on tv still.

I'm sure I'll pass. I watched it as a kid, and as embarrassing as it is to say, starting keeping a journal a la Doogie because of the show, but doubt it'd hold up too well now. I hardly remember much from it, though, except Vinnie was a horny schmuck and that black dude Ray went from criminal to doctor.
