Jingle All The Way ...different version?!?!
....Happy Holidays, all, and my query is about the Xmas flick, "Jingle All The Way". I picked up the re-release and watched it a couple weeks ago. This morning (naturally) it was shown on a cable channel (FX I believe), and I noticed some changes....different music (no Brian Setzer singing "Jingle Bells" during the scene where the woman drives away from Arnold with a TurboMan in the back of her car, different Xmas music). And just prior to that scene, there was a bit with that woman who does the voice of Lisa Simpson (she was also on a Fox show called "Herman's Head", but her name escapes me), where she flirts with Arnie, and gives him her number. There are more....
My question is, were these alternate scenes/takes in the original DVD release? I know about the legal issues involved with this movie (allegations of plagiarism, etc.), but I can't recall if these scenes were in the original.
Help?

I also noticed an extended scene when Sinbad is explaining that 7 in 1 gun that he never got for Christmas.

The first release of Jingle All The Way has a 5.1 surround track, and non-anamorphic Widescreen.
The re-release has Dolby Surround and anamorphic widescreen.
If you really want the old version, Wal-Mart recently had a 3 pack of Arnold movies (Jingle All The Way, True Lies, Commando), that included the original release of Jingle. I bought it in November, so I'm sure some Wal-Marts still have it.
I doubt the content of the film has changed any, those are probably just TV additions as most movies have.
