Silly me, I haven't even checked in with this forum in weeks, but I recently did the $15 Blockbuster unlimited deal and saw no less than 30 of these on the wall.

I asked the guy working the counter and he told me that it was effing hiilarious.

He was right.

I'll be buying this film just to see the slackjawed windowlicker say "NO"!!!

weargle, the cases on the wall do NOT reflect the actual inventory of the DVD. Just because you see 30 coverboxes does not mean they recieved only 30 copies. The blockbuster my GF works for received 80 or so copies.

I picked up the last copy at Blockbuster today. I rented the film the day it came out and liked it quite a bit. The dude who worked there told me they were sold out, but he decided to check just incase. There was one copy left and the clerk acted pretty suprised they had one left. So today I unloaded some old games I didn't want for trade in credit. I got 15 saved back for Troy, and the rest I spent on this.

Good movie. Takes about 10-15 minutes to find its flow though. Some moments had me in tears. One of those movies that will improve on subsequent viewings too.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but is the wedding scene that was added later on during the theatrical run anywhere on the DVD? They have a 'making of' featurette for that scene but I dont see where it can be viewed. Thx.

Yes, it's bolted on to the end of the movie, after the credits.

I finally found a copy at Blockbuster on New Year's Eve and took it to a party that night. Some people didn't like it, some people found it hilarious. Really showed how polarizing the movie is.

Napoleon was OK. Not great, not bad, just OK. I did like it tho,but it's overrated. Garden State was much better....... Just MHO. Don't mean to offend anyone

A very funny film that really grows on you. I've had to watch it about five times over the holidays as friends and family got the DVD for Christmas - but it's gotten more and more funny with each viewing. It's really dumb, and kind of pointless, but I love it nonetheless. Definitely one I'll buy in the future. Most of my family enjoyed it a lot too.

Though it has gotten extremely annoying hearing half the people at my high school quote it, even doing a skit about it during one assembly.
