www.dvdanswers.com reported the same thing. I don't think Fox would send out a false press release.

good to here....was bummed when i heard it was coming late. I wish Fox would box these up like the first of the studio classics line with the sunrise dvd for nothing...we'll see

Nightmare Alley was one of my favorite books. The film was good too and a real noir classic. I'd been looking for it for a long time but just found someone on Ebay that made a DVD from a print. Don't know how that happened and would love to know the story if anyone here knows.

I'm very excited for this noir series. The prospects of 12 new noirs from Fox this year is too good to be true. I'm excited just to get the films with decent prints, but to have good extras too, well, that's just fantastic. Between this and another WB noir box (and hopefully more from Universal as well, like, ahem, Double Indemnity, maybe? please?) it looks like it is going to be a fantastic year for fans of film noir.
