Return of the King EE packaging question.
I just the dvd and have a problem you know the one sheet they stick to the back of the case telling you what the disc contains. Well I can't get it off I think they crazy glued it on this time, I always remove them since they are never properly stuck on there anyway. Any ideas on how I might remove it without destroying the case.

Did you buy it from Canada? I remember people complaining about the glued in sheet on their LOTR:TTT EE last year and it mostly came from Canada. The US version was not glued at all.

I got mine today from canada and it has that rubber glue mike lowrey mentioned. It came off perfectly, without leaving any glue or damage on the slipcase. A lot better than TTT (canadian too), wich has a very strong glue
, so I decided to not remove the sheet for the sake of the slipcover. They should always use that rubber glue for this purpose.

@ MutleyGet a dishrag, put it over the area, then get an iron and slowly warm the rag. It should come right off when the glue is warmed.

For boxes like these, I just use an exacto knife to cut around 3 edges so that I can pull the DVD foldout packaging out. By doing this, the shrinwrap stays on and it protects the box better IMHO.

Holy Carp, I think Mok has a collectible. Sell it on eBay for $50.

They seemed to used different glue this time around (in BC, canada anyways) because I was able to pull off that paper thing, and peel of the glue with my fingers. It was very easy, and didn't damage the box at all. It seems that the mfg of these dvds heard the complaints about TTTEE.

got it from Best Buy as well, no glue holding on the back sheet.
that glue is terrible. i had that problem when I bought the Good, The Bad, and the Ugly: SE. the glue left a weird airbubble on the back of the box.
