Great movie! I would double dip if and SE ever comes out. Same for Man on Fire, btw.

Be prepared to shell out 18,000 yen (or $200) for it though.
Ohhhh, that is sweet! Someone give me $200.

Kar10 summed it up beautifully; DTS & sweet transfer, what else is there? A gag reel?

Looks like I solid a/v release, but I appreciate good extras content and I think a 2 disc edition in the future wouldnt be a bad idea. Day after tomorrow I hope gets one too.

I agree with Mr. Cinema Im happy with the video transfer and the audio on othe DVD so I'm set. I don't need a 2 disc SE with 10 featurets and 4 audio commentaries and 2 making of docs so I don't care if they do put out an SE.

This seems to be a recently recurring theme with Fox titles. The entire world minus the US gets full blown 2-disc SE's of Day After Tomorrow, I Robot, Man on Fire, and Alien vs. Predator. Do they think that the Americans are the only fools to double dip?

Yeah, but that's a different story. Momentum released those in R2 while Universal and Image had the rights respectively over here. The same damn studio (Fox) is releasing all four movies I mentioned in R1, R2, R3, & R4. They should be able to give us equilalent versions here. And you know they will....it's just a matter of time before they announce the double-dipping extravaganza. Fuck that. Just go region-free and import those mothers.
