TV Tome is often wrong about things. In this case, saying a version of AGT was released as part of the movie series and saying there was an "extended movie version" is just plain wrong.
The DVD does contain the episode as a two-hour block -- it is not divided into part 1 and part 2. There is no "extended movie version." If you have the DVD, you have all of AGT as it appeared in May 1994 on TV. Some scenes were cut when it ran as a two-part episode, but no additional deleted scenes were ever put back.

"All Good Things" originally aired in a single 2 hour time block in 1994. I taped it that way. It was later split up in 2 for subsequent re-runs in syndication. I remember the Old Q scene...at least I am pretty sure I do.
Also, after "All Good Things" aired, as soon as it finished, there was a behind-the-scenes special as well.

Yes, TV Tome is definitely wrong.
No version of this episode was ever released as part of "the movie series."
The version that was originally aired as a "two hour episode" was, of course, much shorter if you leave out the commercials. But that's the full version, with all released scenes (including "old Q") intact. And that's the version on the DVD.
The one-hour two-part "rerun" versions of two-hour episodes are always edited because they have to fit in the extra title, credit, and "previously on" sequences twice. So 60-90 seconds will be missing from the original.
And of course, even more cuts are made in syndication.
And finally: wasn't this just about the most satisfying series finale ever? I was knocked out at the time.

That final still gets me with its brilliance, the paradox of it all still blows me away. But either way, what is the result of this old Q talk? I've watched the DVD version and I don't seem to remember it, and have seen the tv version. Perhaps it just didn't stick out?

As for the "old Q" scene, it occurs in the "future" segment when Picard is alone, and Q shows up as an old man, with a long horn that he puts to his ear and says "What's that, sonny? You have to speak up."
