Different R1 releases of Morvern Callar?

Different R1 releases of Morvern Callar?
DeepDiscountDVD lists two UPCs for this:
66020030932
03139810754
(I'd link to these at DDD but I'm not sure that it's allowed ... )
These appear to be from different companies (based on DDDs own sku's). One is listed as being full frame but I don't know if that's correct.
I haven't been able to find anything about the differences (if any); does anyone have any information? Are these really two separate releases or has DDD listed them incorrectly?

031398107545 is the Lions Gate release (which is discontinued).
660200309329 is Palm Pictures release (they seem to have gotten the rights after Lions Gate discontinued theirs).
To the best of my knowledge they are both the same release (anamorphic with 5.1 sound).
