Stand and Deliver Special Edition?
I really loved this movie, but I would just love for warner Brothers to give it the treatment it so deserves. maybe some new interviews with Mr. Escalante and the students in his first class of calculus students at Garfield High. Also, mabe an Anamorphic Widescreen transfer. I remember watching an incredible documentary on Mr. Esclante when the film came out, so there are plenty of extras out there. I really hope this gets done.

This is complete BS!!! Mr. Escalante passed away last year and Warner Brothers just sits on this like....
This move deserves the proper treatment either to Bluray or OAR DVD w/ extras
The only region to receive 1.78:1 was 4, and that is impossible to find.

Since Mr. Escalante died, I'd settle for at least an anamorphic widescreen picture. Maybe they could have a commentary from the kids in the movie. Maybe Mr. Escalante's wife, if she's still alive.
