New York Documentary - Ric Burns (box set help)

*Mods please move to correct forum if this is the wrong one*

I was wondering if these four sets are one and the same:

http://www.shoppbs.org/product/index...entPage=search

http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemID=PRD088581

http://www.dvdempire.com/Exec/v4_ite...item_id=617214

http://www.outpost.com/product/4109633

I would like to get it from DDD as it is the cheapest price but I'm not sure if it is the latest set with post-Sept. 11 chapter "New York: Center of the World." The year is not listed and the UPC is slightly different (DDD has 09736885814 vs. 097368858145 at DVDEmpire and Outpost).

Any help would be much appreciated.

I would have to say yes, the DDD set most likely contains the New York: Center of the World segment. The DDD listing clearly states it is 8 discs, not 7.

The DDD cover picture matches the Amazon.com 8-disc box (guys sitting on a girder with a fat silver band at top of box with thin gold band beneath: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...v=glance&s=dvd)

Although, on the PBS website the 8-disc set has a picture of a lady photographing a Chrysler(?) building eagle. The PBS website's 7-disc box has guys sitting on a girder with a fat gold band at the top of the box. The PBS listing for the 7-disc dvd set: http://www.shoppbs.org/product/index...entPage=search).

For future reference, DDD drops the last digit of the UPC (it is just a checksum for all the other numbers).
