I'm wondering what's the diff. between the Perfect Collection & the new Essential Anime Collection??
Picture quality..Sound 5.1 ??...& comintaries...

Check out the DVDTalk Review.
Basically a new English 5.1 dub and commentary tracks for 4 episodes. Volume 1 comes with 9 episodes in 2 discs for $19.99 SRP ($11.99 at DDD now).
If you don't already have the Perfection Collection (which is a brick), get the Essentail Anime Collection version. The whole series will come in 3 volumes - cheaper and better.
