Now that Star Wars, Back to the Future and Indiana Jones are on dvd...
...what is the top movie everyone wants to be released on dvd? And where is that list available?
I have several requests for past titles I'd like to see on dvd. What are the chances any of these movies will ever be available on dvd?
Last Exit To Brooklyn (1989)
Eddie Murphy's Delirious (1983)
Brain Smasher [AKA The Bouncer and the Lady] (1993)
Undertow (1996)

Where's that Young Indiana Jones series? Hopefully we'll see that in 2005.
That's what I'm most looking forward to. I used to have all 12 of the released Young Indy VHS trapes. Loved that show, especially the WWI episodes.

I can't think of one major title that is so popular that it would seem like "everybody" would want it on DVD. Wish lists will always abound, and there are a thousand wish lists on this message board, but as for a major release of the same caliber as Star Wars? Wasn't that the last frontier for major DVD releases of that magnitude?

The only major titles left that I'm waiting for are King Kong and Twin Peaks.

Definitely King Kong & African Queen.
FWIW, my 'Wanted' list is getting smaller.
Not the most popular but ones I want TBR:
Battle of the Bulge
Cat People (1942)
Fort Apache
Grand Prix
High Anxiety
Lifeboat
Naked Spur
Cheers

not to start a bash on lucas, but star wars really isnt on dvd yet, and most likely will never be, other than that, i have to agree with RH: men in tights, awesome movie, and really needs some good treatment, also orgazmo would be nice.

Star Wars was the last majior release. Everyone will always have their wants, but for major titles, the DVD "catalog" is nearing completion.
