Sifl & Olly Show - Would any of you guys buy the DVD set?
I suppose the first question is if any of you even know what I'm talking about. The show aired on MTV in '98 and '99 and was about sock puppets. Each show was made up of different segments.
-Calls from the Public
-Interview Time
-Rock Facts
-Rock!
-Precious Roy
-A Moment with Chester
-Letters to Chester
-It's Almost the End of the Show
I'm sure if it was release it would be in a single release seeing how there weren't but forty-one 30 minute episodes. I don't know if I liked it because it was really funny, or that it was just so absurd seeing sock puppets do what they did on this show...or maybe it was a mixture of both. Either way, I wouldn't mind owning it since it was such a short run.

You can get the 3rd season, that wasn't aired, from the Sifl & Olly website . I assume that MTV still has the rights to the first two seasons so the creators haven't been able to release them.

Yes, yes and yes.
There was a note on the main page of the Sifl & Olly website for a few years that season 1 and 2 were actually in production (Liam Lynch was in the process of acquiring the rights from MTV), but there haven't been any updates for quite a while now.

I'd buy it simply for the "yeah, this is my buddy the big O and G Spot" Skit...I used to love that show.
However, MTV needs to work on the State and Aeon Flux and the Maxx before they go for Sifl and Olly.
