Yeah, take it back. Then come back here and hit the store forum to tell us how BB's cusotmer service personnel fucked you. I remember having to wait for like 45 minutes and explain to 2 managers that my simpsons season 2 set had 2 disc 2's and no disc 3 to get them to just replace it. And I opened that at the counter and...2 disc 1's...then they finally believed me.

I had the same problem when I bought the Saving Private Ryan WWII Collection. Opened up Saving Private Ryan....no discs. I took it back to Best Buy, and of course they were like "sure they're weren't any disks in there. Then of course that Besy Buy didn't have any more to exchange, so I had to buy another copy from another Besy Buy and then take the other on back. Apparently you can only take damaged or missing items back to the store it was purchased from, which isn't what the helpful customer service guy on the phone told me. Make sure you take it back to the Best Buy you bought it at.

Just checked mine to make sure. Had all 3 discs, but I've got another problem. The spine on the Disc 2 slimcase is slit up from the bottom by about an inch and a half, including the cover-art. I know darn well that I didn't do it when I opened it.
