Just a heads up here...this is a top notch commentary track. I'm a big John Carpenter fan so the upgrade was a no-brainer for me but even if you aren't, you aren't liable to hear a track with two more intelligent and articulate directors (Carpenter and the film's star and now gifted director Keith Gordon of A Midnight Clear fame). Among Carpenter's commentaries, I'd rank it only below his three tracks with Kurt Russell as his best and most interesting. There's a lot of humor, they bounce off each other very well and there's a remarkable amount of information packed into it.

I listened to it twice already... i did enjoy it. I actually enjoy all of Carpenters commenteries. The only one that is boring but still decent is the one on Assault on Prec. 13... he just tells you whats on screen. he is good when he does it with someone else.

Definitely looking forward to this - now if they would get the Carpenter commentaries on R1 for They Live and Starman that are on my R2 discs, I know there would be a lot of happy folks out there.
