Help with DVD Profiler
I've been using DVD Profiler for many years without any problems, that is until tonight.
When I was updating some profiles via download from their website, it stopped downloading, so I clicked stop download which stopped the download in process. I eventually closed the program.
When I restarted the computer, and tried to relaunch the program I get a Fatal Exception has occurred notice and that the current application will be terminated.
I tried solving the problem with running scandisk and a spyware removal program and still have the problem. I've even reladed the software back onto the computer but the same problem comes up.
and I noticed that the location of the error remains the same everytime the error message comes up.
"Fatal exception at VXD VMM(06) + 00002950"
I don't know what that means, but thought that may help.
Please help/

Try posting at the Profiler Forum, I'm sure someone there can help you.

I had a problem one time where my database got corrupted. Cant remember the exact error, I uninstalled and then deleted all the DVDProfiler directories and files. Reinstalled and downloaded from MyProfiler and I was back in business.
