Has anyone been able to find this? I read that it was to be released on September 7th, but I have had no luck finding it.
It was always a favorite of mine as a kid, so I'd like to own it.

Just an update. I decided to e-mail Disney about this DVD and got the following reply:

Dan,

Thank you for your e-mail regarding TIGER TOWN. We appreciate your interest.

A release date has not been scheduled at this time. We will forward your request for release to our Marketing Department for consideration.

All the DVD stores online that I order from all had September 7th as the release date.

I had ordered this title from DDDVD a LONG time ago. All of a sudden it disappeared from my account. I also contacted Disney and got NO response. It would be nice if they would take the time to really take us seriously.
