Thora who?
So, what's the real cover? My favorite was the Canadian cover and my least favorite was the US release with both faces. Still, it's weird that they chose to go with the Keira cover when Thora really was the bigger lead. The face shot of Thora looked horrible, though.

Should anyone care about the actual movie ... I reviewed the Canadian release many moons ago.

The cover I have is the two-head Thora Birch/Keira Knightley.

I thought that that was the cover of the Candian release. Was Blockbuster selling them new?

Has anybody verified any differences between the Canadian and US release? How about extras or picture quality?

Ok, my bad, I was in Blockbuster again today. Its indeed the cover that has both Thora and Kiera's face on it. Not the cover that has the single "morphed" face or the canadian one pictured above. Sorry for the mistake.

Personally I think the Canadian cover is the best of the 3 though.

I didn't watch it yet though, I'll probably watch it this weekend. Didn't seem like it had a whole lot of features though.

I saw this several months ago and thought it was ok. I would not pay alot for it but I would be interested in picking it up for $10ish or less.

Good movie. R2 UK has 5.1, as well as commentary and deleted scenes

I watched it last night finally. Picture quality was decent, but I kept getting some combing problems, so I think it has some flagging problems. Sound was pretty lame without 5.1. There were a lot of scenes where the characters were whispering and I could barely hear what they were saying.
Movie itself was ok, a little predictable. Worth a rental at least, I don't think I'd want to watch it again.

I happened to stop at 2 Blockbusters nearby to try and sell back some old disks and neither had this for rent.

That's so funny, $ 6.98 (canadian) for the version with the French cover, $26.98 for the version with the cover in English. To bad the cover isn't reversible!

I wonder if only the text on the covers are different. The English-covered version is listed as Enhanced for 16x9, but the one with the Frech is not.
