Lost in Space DVD - Anyone actually PAY for this one?

Never cared for the original series, but I got this one for free with my player and actually enjoyed it. The commentary mentions an idea for a sequel that I still wouldn't mind seeing.
Didn't I read somewhere that one of the reasons WB cancelled Angel was for a new Dark Shadows and a new Lost in Space? Anything come about from either? WB can rot in hell in either way, but just curious.

Yeah, I actually did buy this disc. Cheap though. IIRC, I got for like $10 or so on Amazon.
Besides, how can you not like "Penny"? Hey, I was quite a much younger when this film came out. I believe I was only 24 when it came out. (I'll be 31 in Oct.)

Yup. I bought it from Reel.com WAY back when. I was never a far of the older series but thought the movie looked cool when it came out. It had it's crappy moments but when the DVD was announced it was packed with features and back then it was rare too see that much on 1 DVD. I just had to get it.

I bought it. I saw it in the theater too. I didn't think it was as bad as everyone made it out to be. The only thing I really hated was the yellow alien monkey thing.

I actually liked the movie when I saw it in theaters.... about two weeks after i bought my first player back in 1999 i was looking at Used DVD's at a local mom & pop and they had it for $12.99 (i used to think that was cheap!) and i couldn't pass up the special features.

When I got my DVD player back in 1998 or something that was a freebie along with the first release of Starship Troopers. Still have it too... its not that bad. If it didnt have Gary Oldman then I prob would never watch it.
