Amazon shipping Scorsese set late?
Why is the expected ship date on this set from Amazon 8/23? I thought it was coming out on the 17th?
thats a full week later.

I can't see when it will be shipping, but they estimate delivery for me to be 8/26 or 8/27 (I got super-saver shipping).

That always happens with Amazon.com preorders, at least with the free shipping. Shipping estimates are always later than you would think, but for me, they always arrive a day or two after release date.

I ordered mine Thursday, and had it delivered to work. I came out of some training a few minutes ago, and there it was, a day early.

cool thing is I emailed customer service to ask them why shipping wouldnt be until a week after release date and they said they screwed up and upgraded the shipping from the free shipping to two day air at no cost to me..great customer service in my book!
