I'm not a die hard LOTR fan, but that set looks really cool.

Now that I look at it, the Minas Tirth sculpture really isn't that big. After the initial "wow" reaction - my interest in the giftset is waning.

price is probably the same as the others. ranging from 55-75 depending on where you go to get one.

People could bearly wait the few months till this is released. I highly doubt they will want to wait the full year. STL and other deals will bring the potential price down on this sucker.

Forgive me if this answer is buried in one of the other RotK threads, but...

Is this DVD different than the one that was included with the LE soundtrack CD?

No, I don't think so. That DVD only had the super trailer plus a 20 minute documentary on Howard Shore. I'd expect this DVD to be a bit more extensive on the orchestration, etc.

It was a price error in his favor. Guess they put the bar code for the regular EE on the package. either way it spawned off a series of funny post where he wanted to sell/trade but didn't know a price and so forth. ooooh the memories.
