Let's see if I can remember all the movies I've watched in the last week. Almost all of them have been either rentals or from the library which is pretty unusual for me, but I guess that's just how things worked out:

Movies:
Kill Bill Vol. 2
Manhattan
The Mark of Zorro
Gods and Monsters
Kiki's Delivery Service
Castle In the Sky
The Godfather
Wild Strawberries
The Barbarian Invasions

Other:
The Best of Insomniac w/ Dave Attell Vol. 1
The Best of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog
discs 1 and 2 of Oz: Season 1

Next up on the list are:

Freaks
Criss Cross
Out of the Past
This Gun For Hire
Before Sunrise
the rest of Oz: Season 1 and probably some of Oz: Season 2

Wednesday:

Superman: The Movie - My 1st viewing and I loved the whole epic feeling of the film, the back story on Krypton, the teen years, and to him working at Daily Planet. The climax still works well with the exciting set pieces despite most of the visual effects that do not stand the test of time too well. Also the lack of emotional depth in the characters hurts the film somewhat more so IMO, and I believe is what makes the Spider-Man movies so much more.

Kill Bill Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 - Back to back! Incredible watching two great films from the last couple of years as one whole movie. What a great 4-hour extravaganza.

Thursday:

Breathless - The first Jean-Luc Godard for me and I wasn't disappointed. Such bold filmmaking for it's time I would have to say, unlike anything remotely I have ever seen from that time
period.

Saturday:

The Manchurian Candidate - Strong performances and direction are consisently gripping throughout, but I found the ending to be weak took too much of a left corner, and it hurt the film. I haven't seen the orginal so I can't compare.

out of ****

Monday
LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring EE **** - I've watched this so many times but it's always a lot of fun to watch the EE

Tuesday
LOTR: The Two Towers EE **** - Just recently bought the EE for this one. Not as good as the FOTR EE but it's still awesome.
LOTR: Return of the King Theatrical Cut **** - Can't wait for the EE

Wednesday
Kill Bill Volume 2 ***1/2 - I actually like this one better than Vol. 1 I think... but they are both ***1/2 stars in my book.

Thursday
The Manchurian Candidate *** - Great movie, had me thinking the whole time. Probably won't buy the DVD though, I don't think it'll have much replay value for me.

Friday
Super Troopers ***1/2 - God I love this movie! One of my favorite comedies. Meow it's not up there with The Blues Brothers and the Vacation movies but it's great

Saturday
A Bridge Too Far (part of it) - Not going to rate it yet because I haven't seen the whole thing, I was tired after work and fell asleep watching it. It looked great for a movie made in 1977 though.

Sunday
Super Troopers ***1/2 - Yes, again
Mission: Impossible 2 **1/2 - A fun movie to watch. Not necessarily a great plot but I like it.
The Stand: The Plague (episode 1) *** - Have had this DVD for a while and just decided to watch the first episode tonight. Not quite finished with it but I really like it so far. Great cast for a TV movie
