All the //sign DVDs were available in LEs that included the four disc soundtrack set with box plus the initial first box.

I just picked up the first Legend of the Twilight box, with the big box and the CD, but I can't find any info on the other discs having any extra goodies. Anyone know?

There is no LE or SE version for Volumes 2-3.

What are you talking about? There were regular as well as special editions of all 6 volumes for .hack//Legend of the Twilight. The first LE came with the collector's box, the CD, a demo of the game, a shirt, and a plushie. The LEs for 2-4 came with CDs, the fifth came with a box to hold all 4 of the CDs and the 6th contained an extra DVD.

As far as extras on the DVDs themselves, compared to the normal versions, there was none. The only bonus DVD material you get comes on the extra DVD found in the LE for the last volume.

There's only 3 parts to .hack//Legend of the Twillight.
There are 6 parts to .hack the original series.

Gotcha. Sorry about that, I have a bad habit of confusing all the different .hack series when I haven't watched/played them recently.
