Contact e-mail for Warner Bros Home Video?
Does anyone have the contact e-mail for Warner Bros Home Video? Preferably their Quality Control Dept. if possible.
I picked up my 3rd consecutive WB Box Set with at least one of it's Discs scratched beyond the normal nick. Well, 4th consecutive time if you count the fact that I returned a Set for another.
Earlier this year, I got the Looney Tunes Gold Collection and found the 2nd Disc (Daffy Duck) scratched up. I returned the set when I had trouble playing the Disc and even the replacement Box Set had the 2nd Disc with various hairline scratches (not enough to screw up playback this time around).
Last month, I picked up the Wonder Woman Box Set and found Disc Three with a bunch of scratches and a big ass thumbprint near the center.
Finally today, I picked up Smallville Season Two and Disc One had about a million circular scratches near the top of the Disc. I haven't watched the entire Disc yet but I'm getting ready to avoid picking up Warner Box Sets. The quality control blows!
I've had a few scratches and fingerprints in the past with other companies but not along the lines of each and every time.
Thanks
Andrew

Actually a hand written letter sent snail mail will probably get more attention than one sent to a generic e-mail address that is read by a summer intern. If you address your letter to a specific department/title ("Manager of quality control" for example) that may also help route it to the specific department.
Good luck!

Wow. An actual "hand-written" letter. Geez. I can't even remember the last time I wrote one of those. How sad is that?
Thanks, Paul. I'll give that a shot.
Hopefully, my hand won't cramp or anything.

I thought about contacting them to see if they'd issue replacement Matrix Ultimate Edition digipaks. My Matrix Revolutions digipak had a broken hub and it wouldn't hold the disc at all.

Good luck. I sent them an email a long time ago questioning the matting they do to their releases, and they never bothered to reply at all. Not even a stupid form letter.
