Just got an e mail from Sony Pictures that Roman Polanski's TESS is on it's way to dvd Sept 28. Great news!

Figures, I just got the region3 on ebay.

Actually, I just played it in a region 1 player (got it for $12.60 shipped)

Too bad the transfer is so bad. The bitrate is really low and in some scenes, the scintillation (shimmering of light points) is really bothersome.
